Who can rent?
You must be at least 18 years or older with a valid credit card to reserve a rental. Our Sea Doo Sparks are 1-2 persons with a 400 pound total weight limit for each. GTI's are 1-3 persons with a 600 pound weight limit!
Who can operate?
You must be at least 14 years or older to operate the vessel. 14-15 years old must be accompanied by a person 21 or older to drive. Those at least 16 years of age may operate alone as long as they are with a legal age renter. No one under the age of 4 will be permitted to ride passenger or drive.
You may NOT swap renters throughout your rental!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to rental date for refund of deposit minus a 10% processing fee. If you decide to cancel inside 7 days of your rental date, the balance due on the reservation will be charged to the credit card on file. No shows will result in a full charge of the rental!
Where are we located?
Grand Isle Marina at 1 Grand Isle, Grand Haven near the IN/Out service. Call for specifics.
Payments
A $100 deposit is required to make a reservation. The balance is due the day of your rental when you arrive, cash payments will require a 500 hold on a CREDIT CARD (not a debit card). Reservation deposit must also be on a credit card. We will not reserve a Sea Doo without a deposit.
When should I arrive?
For the checkout process, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your rental time so we can go through the paperwork, give a thorough explanation on how to properly operate a PWC, and show all safety equipment!
If you are late to your rental, your time does not get extended. If you arrive late on your return back, you will be charged $25 every 15 minutes past your end time.
What waterways am I allowed on?
Our Sea Doo's our allowed on Spring Lake and the Grand River. Lake Michigan is prohibited.
Weather Policy
If your rental time is reduced due to rain in Grand Haven, we will pro rate the balance due. If it rains all day in Grand Haven, you get a refund of deposit minus 10% processing fee. The decision is not made until the day of your rental, after 1:00 pm. THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS BASED ON FORECAST. For rentals of 3+ consecutive days, there are no refunds for inclement weather.
